Wait For It…

Your Frequency Forecast for December 3-8, 2025, as the Sun transits Gate 5, the Gate of Fixed Rhythms, Earth transits Gate 35, Progress, and the Full Moon inspires us to do something different

The week ahead casts a spotlight on just how dysfunctional our culture’s idea of time is.

We’re being reminded, from December 3rd through the 8th, that clocks and calendars are tools of the patriarchy that just keep us marching —

— to the beat of those in power,

following the rhythms others have set,

and ignoring the pace that feels right for us.

To our own detriment.

We’ve been trained to adhere to hustle-culture and to obey external expectations,

to adhere to false deadlines and uphold imaginary holidays,

rather than to trust our own unique needs for intermittent movement followed by ample (or short bursts of) rest.

We’ve been fooled into believing it’s unrealistic and impossible for us to establish our own sovereign schedules,

that we couldn’t possibly set a rhythm that feels nourishing, supportive, sustainable and natural for us, as individuals.

Nope: we’re taught to bow to the almighty schedule gods and punch our time card the moment we have to clock in.

The current Sun transit begs us to forget all that. It’s time for us to reclaim our…well, time. And to set the rhythm that’s right for us, no matter what the clock or calendar says.

Take the next six days to reflect on your schedule, routines, habits, traditions, and rituals.

Ask whether they’re actually working for you or not. Be willing to make some shifts. Slow down when you need to.

I’ll go into more depth to share where this energetic frequency is coming from and how to use it.

In the meantime, expect headlines this week about people making suddenly-urgent decisions before considering all the consequences.

Anticipate global leaders acting with impatience, executing commands that are poorly-timed or rushed, or generally doing things impulsively.

Prepare for family members, friends or coworkers to tell you they feel uncharacteristically stressed-out, because something in their life is suddenly urgent, that it can’t wait, that they’re already late, that the thing was due yesterday,

or that they’re going to miss the bus, the boat, the train, the deadline, the meeting…

if they don’t hurry up and race to get there right now!

On the flip side, you might see some folks absolutely dragging their feet,

because they won’t know when or how to jump in when it’d be super helpful for them to do so.

Notice people missing great opportunities because they kept flip-flopping and couldn’t make a decision.

Watch folks being generally out-of-sync with their loved ones and, worst of all, themselves.

Perhaps Pete “the Butcher” Hegseth should’ve waited a beat, on Sept. 2, 2025, before giving officers in the Caribbean the cold-blooded command to “Kill them all.”

Perhaps Admiral Bradley could’ve paused a sec after hearing that order to determine whether it would be wise, or not, to pass it along down the chain of command.

And, perhaps whoever was responsible for actually pulling the trigger on what we now know is called a “double-tap” operation — maybe that guy could’ve also exercised at least a brief moment of consideration to see whether, deep down, he really felt good ‘n ready to execute what was very likely an unlawful order.

But no.

All of those men rushed to take action on that fateful day,

which is why we are all, right now, discussing whether the killing of two shipwrecked survivors on a fishing boat,

“alleged” to be carrying narcotics to the U.S.,

constitutes murder and/or indicates the end of Pete Hegseth’s career.

If you missed my writeup last week on why I’m calling the SecDef “The Butcher,” check it out. I break down some of the most prominent elements of his Human Design to show that, in the low vibration, he’s prone to recklessness and offing people without so much as a shrug.

Regardless, now’s a great time for us all to get ahold of the ourselves in the midst of the many swirling details that are sucking up airspace in our lives.

We’ve just completed a six-day cycle in Gate 9, the Gate of Focus, after all.

Our heads have been buried in the details.

Gate 9 was a Sun transit during which we mired ourselves in the small stuff.

And, wow, did we make some amazing discoveries.

We examined, up-close, the plethora of particulars surrounding not just these brazen boat strikes, but also more gory details buried inside the Epstein Files, plus the specifics of our kids’ Christmas lists.

Needless to say, it’s time to come up for some air now. Our eyes need to readjust while we zoom back out after focusing so closely for so long,

so that we can see the big picture again, now that the deets have been filled in.

Now is a great time to just sit down for a few minutes and dial into how our body feels.

Let us resist the urge to take action, just yet.

The next six days will teach us that, just because everybody else might be running around like decapitated chickens after discovering so many gruesome details —

hurrying to and fro, squawking about this and that, freaking out about the demise of our democracy, hustling to get ready for the holidays —

that doesn’t mean we have to do the same.

At least, not until we’re good ‘n ready to jump in.

Welcome to the Sun’s transit in Gate 5, the Gate of Fixed Rhythms, sometimes called the Gate of Waiting.

This is the energy that knows waiting — while it may appear to be inactive on the outside — is actually a mightily active state of being.

Gate 5 is the energy for taking that ‘pregnant pause’ before you speak, so that whomever is listening leans closer to hear what you’re bout-a say;

It’s the energy for breathing in, but not exhaling until your whole diaphragm is ready to release every last puff of junk you’re holding inside.

And I like to think of it as the energy for observing the kids at the schoolyard who’re playing Double Dutch;

tuning into the rhythm of their ropes as they spin round ‘n round,

before you eventually jump into the game at the exact right moment so that you don’t get your ankles twisted in a knot,

so you can jump and jump and jump and win the competition.

Do you have Gate 5 active in your body?

Check out that image above again that shows where Gate 5 lives in the body.

Notice it sits inside the Sacral Center, that part of us that’s responsible for processing the energy of lifeforce and vitality.

You, me, and every blessed being on Earth is currently getting a taste of what Sacral lifeforce feels like, then, whether we have it naturally ‘defined’ in our bodies or not, because the Sun is igniting this energy in us from now through Dec. 8.

The Sacral wants to Get Sh!t Done.

It’s constantly responding to external stimuli,

always sorting between the “Ooo yes, I want that!” and the “Ick, no way, get that away from me!” options that are presenting themselves to us.

Remember that, as Gate 5 is switched into the “on” position and becoming hyper-sensitive to the things in our lives that are vying for our immediate attention.

The Sacral Center is the powerhouse we lean on when we decide to turn our thoughts into things and be productive.

But it’s a trickster, that Sacral. It might not be “in alignment” for everyone to hurry up and get to work doing-doing-doing.

If your Sacral isn’t defined, i.e., if it is not colored, as shown in the example chart above, then you’re a non-Sacral being, by design. You’re not meant to go-go-go, do-do-do, or constantly respond to the world around you.

Not every stimulus requires your immediate attention.

This week, however, you might think it does. So don’t let the Sun’s transit in Gate 5 fool you.

Even though you might feel emboldened to jump into the Double Dutch game of life, it doesn’t mean you have to —

at least not without observing the rhythm of the ropes first and seeing whether it’s a game you even want to bother playing.

Gate 5 urges us to remember to pause, wait, and let the rhythm find you.

Do you have Gate 5 activated in your body at all times? Or is it just being switched ‘on’ this week while the Sun transits it?

Either way, below are some guidelines for how to handle this energy as it influences all of humanity for the next six days.

Do’s for the Sun’s Transit in Gate 5:

✅march to your own beat, choosing your own comfortable rhythm, no matter what the rest of the band is marching to

✅work on spotting patterns and noticing the cyclical nature of everything

✅exercise patience, even when things feel really urgent

✅remember that “waiting is an active state of awareness” (Source: IHDS)

✅take action because & when your body is ready to; not because someone told you it’s time to move

✅examine whether your current schedule, routines & even your traditions actually feel supportive and nourishing. Consider adjusting/shifting those that don’t.

✅pause to appreciate the natural rhythms of life (i.e., the change of seasons, lunar cycles, sunrise/set, ebb/flow of the oceans, birth/death…)

✅wait before responding to anyone & anything so you can tune into whether it’s even for you to become involved with; so you can determine the correct timing to get involved; and so you can decide the appropriate course of action to follow

✅emulate nature: let dead leaves fall; hunker down for winter; sleep more if you need to; allow things in your life to take their natural course

✅stop when you need to stop, take breaks, keep dialing into your body to see if you actually have the energy to keep going

✅resist our capitalist hustle-culture agenda; make sure you’re not perpetuating false, unnecessary or manufactured urgencies onto other people

✅eat when you feel hungry, drink plenty of water, stretch, and remember to exhale fully

✅listen to music, attend a drum circle, go to a parade & soak up the marching bands, dance

✅expect the unexpected and be ready to roll with whatever unfolds

✅set and keep routines/ habits that actually make you feel vibrant, satisfied, fulfilled and positive

✅allow yourself to shift & change rhythms that don’t, or if/when circumstances change & it becomes necessary to adjust your skej

✅surrender to the ever-unfolding Eternal Now, i.e., the idea that everything that ever happened is happening all at once everywhere all the time, and that we are just occupying one dimension alongside millions of others, simultaneously, in this infinite Universe

✅feel free to choose a different timeline if you need to escape this hellish one. Use your imagination to travel to distant lands or faraway galaxies!

✅remember that it (whatever “it” is for you) doesn’t all need to get done right this minute

✅pat yourself on the back if you’re the person in your household or at work who others rely on to keep a consistent schedule, but don’t let this pressure freak you out. See whether you have Gate 5 lit up in your chart. If you don’t, this role of “consistency chief” might not be a good one for you to try to fulfill. Your strengths lie elsewhere!

If you don’t have Gate 5 lit up in your Human Design chart, don’t make the topic of rhythms, patterns, consistency, routines or habits an “issue” that you need to “fix” about yourself. Nothing is wrong with you, and “schedules” and “routines” aren’t lessons on your life’s course syllabus, so you don’t need to get all angsty about this! Let this transit go by the time it ends on December 8th.

Don’ts for the Sun’s Transit in Gate 5:

❌be hyper-rigid and inflexible about keeping exactly to your habits and routines

❌freak out when unforeseen circumstances arise

❌refuse to shift routines even when it would benefit you to do so

❌use your schedule or rigid bedtime/wake-time as an excuse to punk out on friends &/or family who need your help in an actual emergency

❌be impatient or hurry to take action before you’re good ‘n ready to dive in, or before circumstances require your participation

❌let your routine isolate you; i.e., don’t miss group activities, a fun family outing or what could be a fulfilling experience because you ‘have to get home to feed the dog at 5pm on the nose!’

❌feel so much shame around your need for routine that you hide it from others, ignore the fact that regularity makes you feel healthy, & deny yourself any semblance of rhythm

❌go along with what others want you to do just because some activity is right for them

❌push yourself past your limits & ignore the need for breaks (because you’ll wind up feeling exhausted and drained!)

❌completely rebel against your body’s need for rhythm and ignore sensible wake/sleep times, meal schedules or exercise routines

❌turn into a couch potato who does absolutely nothing, ever

❌criticize others who really do need to stay on a consistent schedule, like newborns or dialysis patients

❌criticize others who are simply not wired to follow a consistent routine; some folks actually perform best under extreme schedules that shift wildly and frequently (like pulling all-nighters sometimes, eating one enormous meal per day instead of three normal-sized ones, etc. – check out your friends & family members who have Gate 15, the Gate of Extremes, lit up in their charts: these folks need constant fluctuation!)

❌Lastly, don’t use people who have Gate 15, Extremes, active in their bodies to fulfill some secret fantasy about wishing you could just abandon your obligations, quit your job, or move out of the country. Sometimes when a defined-Gate 5 is out of whack, we tend to envy the late nights and early mornings that Gate 15’s keep, so we try to keep up with them when that’s just not on-brand for us.

Get Stabilized in the Energy of Progress

While the Sun hangs out in Gate 5, the Earth anchors itself in Gate 35, the Gate of Change, also known as Progress.

Gate 35 is a Throat-Center Gate. Here’s where it lives in the body, so you know which part of your communication-and-language-processing unit is being activated during this transit:

Gate 35 is thirsty: Literally and figuratively.

Thirsty for beverages, thirsty for excitement, and eager for change.

It wants to blow past all the boring, old, out-of-date, hum-drum, overdone things and shake things up a bit.

It’s energy that is incredibly prone to getting bored…stiff.

That’s because 35 longs for something different.

It’s always talking about how to do things in some different fashion. It innovates new trends, does away with old fads, consumes new media, creates fresh content, and pushes the boundaries of how we think toward cutting-edge solutions.

With the Earth seated in this position, then, “change” can provide us with a sense of grounding.

We’re grieving right now, there’s no doubt about that. We’ve lost a lot that matters to us. Aftyn Behn lost her election in Tennessee. But perhaps she, and all of us, are actually rounding a corner that does away with the old and allows us to push to the leading edge of some fresh new reality that’s altogether different from what we’ve known up til now.

We get to choose what our future looks like!

So, maybe now really is a good time for us to take a hard look at our routines and the way we understand “time,” and make some much-needed updates that will help us feel more inspired, more vibrant, more sovereign, more free, more nourished and more fulfilled in life.

Let’s remember that any new habits, rituals or schedules we establish ought to be made for the purpose of progress.

Stabilize, this week, by grounding into the energy of innovation, excitement, advancement, positive change that can benefit humanity, and smart tweaks to our routines that better serve the whole collective.

Andplusalso, Full Moon Dec. 4

Lastly, there’s a Full Moon this week, which also happens to be taking place in Gate 35. It hits at 6:14 p.m. EST on Thursday, December 4th.

Specifically, at that moment, the Moon will be transiting Gate 35.2. Meaning, the Full Moon brings out of the shadows and into broad daylight:

The Energy for Taking Inspired Action:

We’re being asked to recognize that the muse of inspiration ‘comes when it comes’ & leaves when it leaves.

We may feel compelled to make something new, incite change & kick off a new cycle,

but we must face the reality that creativity isn’t a spigot you can turn on & off.

Allow inspiration to come & go as it will.

Watch for the tendency to rush or force something new to inspire you.

Pay attention to feelings of emptiness & the impulse to fill yourself up with things that aren’t healthy.

Rest when you don’t have creative momentum.

Relevant: Gate 35 is known as the Binge Drinker among the 64 Gates. Try not to party too hard.
