Go Big or Go Home, Love One Another & Be Humble

The Frequency Forecast for June 19-24, 2025

Welcome to a week when presidents show their racism openly,

and when passengers on airplanes think it’s okay to spit at and pull the hair of their fellow passengers. (Have you seen that clip? Jeezus! How mean can people get?!)

Don’t worry — it isn’t all bad. Promise.

As with every frequency we can possibly experience, there’s both a high-vibrational way of harnessing these energies as well as a low-vibe, shadowy version.

Let’s take a look at this week’s planetary transits to find out what those are, and make a pact with ourselves to aim for the high vibe and leave the low behind.

The Sun & Jupiter now transit Gate 15, the Gate of Extremes/Modesty

The most influential frequency we’re facing right now comes from the Sun, which shines rays of Gate 15, the Gate of Extremes, down upon us through June 24th.

It’s worth noting that Jupiter also happens to be making its way through Gate 15. It’ll complete its transit here on June 27th.

So? Double the Extreme-ness. Double the power. Double the impact.

Whether you “have” Gate 15 defined in your Human Design chart or not, each and every one of us has access to it while these celestial bodies transit it.

So it’s in play whether you see a 15 lit up on your chart or not.

If you do ‘have’ 15 defined in your chart, what I’m about to share is relevant for you each and every day of your life.

If you don’t, just know you’re being influenced by its energy right now, though you don’t have to succumb to it.

In the same way you check the weather forecast each day to find out whether you’ll need your raincoat or sunscreen, use this update to simply know what kinds of conditions are out there in the atmosphere. Prepare and shield yourself from their effects accordingly.

Do so by stand strong in your natural, inherent powers. The ones you came into the world with. Dial into the energies that are defined in your Human Design chart and you’ll be golden.

These are the traits you’re here to gain mastery over. They’re the life lessons you’re meant to learn.

If 15 isn’t one of them, carry an umbrella and avoid the puddles.

Gate 15, Extremes, is also sometimes called the Gate of Modesty, but I think that’s a misnomer, at least in the way we understand “modesty” as a concept in today’s world,

which makes me think of girls in long skirts who don’t show their ankles.

That’s not what this energy is about.

A more accurate headline would probably be something like Humility, because the Gate of Extremes really does offer us a glorious pathway for learning to be humble.

Keep that in mind all week.

Let’s zoom in. Here’s where 15 is located in the body:

Diagram outlining a human body made up of orange and blue shapes containing shapes
Gate 15, the Gate of Extremes/Modesty

Smack-dab in the center of your sternum, Gate 15 is G-Center energy.

We know that all G-Center vibes have to do with our capacity for expressing love — love of self and love for others —

and that they’re each critical factors in helping us to understand our identity — who we are at our core and how we express ourselves outwardly in this lifetime —

and that they’re also energies that help to give us a sense of direction in life.

Before I fully unpack the specifically-unique glory that is Gate 15, it’s important to know this frequency has yet another nickname:

The Love of Humanity.

Because going to the Extremes compels us to get outside our comfort zones. And doing that helps us to become humble and develop understanding. Once we get there, we can feel good about returning to our center. And that process affords us a million opportunities to build tolerance and acceptance for all ways humanity can exist in the world.

Thus…

“Come on, people now. Smile on your brother. Everybody get together, try to love one another right now.”

—The Youngbloods, “Get Together,” 1967

Think we can get there?

I dunno, humanity. I have my doubts.

Gate 15 is the energy to go all-in;

to “go big or go home,” as the kids say.

Extremes wants us to give ourselves over fully to some experience —

and then another, and then another —

so that we can really, truly, deeply understand what life is like in that Extreme.

Once we realize we’ve had enough?

We pull back.

We say, “Okay, I’m good. I get it. We’re done here. I can move on.”

How better to develop real familiarity and appreciation for something than to immerse oneself wholly in it?

That’s the lesson of the week.

Under the influence of Gate 15, we may feel motivated to drink and drink (and drink) from the fountain of Being in some way,

and that’s totally cool.

We just need to allow ourselves to do this in harmless, maybe even fun ways;

When we give ourselves this luxury to express our own, weird Extreme energy healthily,

we realize when we feel satisfactorily quenched by that experience.

Whatever we’re sinking our heart and soul into,

we eventually get it, we understand that thing, inside and out,

and then we stop drinking from it,

because we’ve had enough.

We can walk away having a complete understanding and tolerance for it.

We swing back to middle, regain our balance, and find our natural rhythm again.

Perhaps we can think about the Sun and Jupiter both transiting 15 right now as us having hit the farthest reaches of our pendulum swing.

God, I hope so.

Not that things couldn’t get more Extreme, but still.

Maybe we can see this flashpoint moment as having arrived at the point in our celestial rotation where Extremeness is at its most Extreme.

Here we are, teetering at the edge of WWIII.

Here’s what Gate 15 can look like in the mundane, ordinary, day-to-day life:

  • feeling driven to eat only cantaloupe for six days straight because that’s what your body really wants;
  • staying up suuuuper late every night for a few days or weeks because that’s how your sleep patterns have shifted;
  • suddenly becoming what some folks would call “obsessed” with a particular hobby, skill or interest — whether that be stamp-collecting, sky diving or cross-stitch.

My son has Gate 15 as his Conscious Sun, making Extremes his most prominent personality trait (find out what your Conscious Sun is by looking at the number inside the top box on the right-hand column of your chart. This is what you’re here to Be and to Share in life).

When he spent a full year doing nothing but drawing airplanes, watching aviation movies and reading books about planes, folding paper airplanes, cutting out airplane pictures from magazines, building model airports, playing on a flight simulator, dreaming of flying, talking about becoming a pilot, memorizing famous pilots’ quotes…

I could’ve worried that he was obsessed or maniacal or a little bit weird.

He is all of those things.

But I’m fine with it. I’m not “worried” about it. I love this about him, in fact.

Because I know that he’s energetically hardwired to go to the Extremes.

This is what he’s legit here to be and share in this lifetime.

Going all-in is completely on-brand for him.

And exercising this energy healthily is absolutely necessary for him to reach his high-vibe.

Before aviation, he’d gone to the Extremes during his Minecraft Era. As a preschooler, he had his Mickey Mouse Era. He’s in his Collecting Trading Cards of Pro Soccer Players Era now. And he’ll do it again in the future with some other endeavor.

Fine. By going all-in on these things, he’s learning about all kinds of things,

and in the process developing tolerance and acceptance for the many different ways of existing there are in the world.

Besides, if I tried to prevent this very natural energy from being expressed in these small, harmless ways, it would show up in other ways, potentially harmful ones.

In the high vibe, Gate 15 honors its pendulum-swinging rhythms so that it becomes fully nonjudgmental of the way other people live.

You do you, Boo, says the aligned Gate of Extremes.

Whatever’s clever!

Been there, done that.

I totally get it!

Who am I to judge?!

Boom: humility and love for humanity. Inclusion, empathy and tolerance.

It’s allowed itself the luxury of going all-in. And now it has deep acceptance.

If you have Gate 15 defined in your chart, this is your call to stop shaming yourself over being too this or too that.

You were probably criticized as a kid for ‘not exercising moderation.’

Fuck that. You weren’t built for moderation. That’s someone else’s issue.

You need to go big or go home, or you don’t build this muscle.

And when Gate 15 isn’t “allowed” to go all-in in small, harmless ways, which teach it tolerance and humility, it’s likely to explode like a geyser — of Extremism.

Intolerance.

Judgment.

Exclusion.

Hatred.

Othering.

Rigidity.

All because it’s too afraid to go outside its comfort zone,

too inflexible to take one tiny sip from the cup of some different way of life.

And this means we don’t build up the muscle of tolerance.

We don’t develop humility.

And we certainly can’t love our fellow humans.

Kamala Harris has Gate 15 lit up in her chart. So does Kevin Hart, Billie Eilish, my state’s Governor Josh Shapiro (whose birthday is today, June 20!), Princess Diana, and Taylor Swift.

Eras, anyone?

Do you have this one lit up in your chart, too? Find out here.

Take special note as to whether or not you also have Gate 5 lit up in the Sacral Center.

This matters.

When 5 and 15 are connected, they form what’s called the Channel of Rhythm.

5 sets the beat, you could say, while 15 tries out all the instruments.

Gate 5, the Gate of Fixed Rhythms, also acts as a kind of tether, keeping 15 a bit tied-down, so it’s not as raucous with this partner as it is when it shows up to the party all by itself.

As 15 goes all-in on things for a season, spell, or era, 5 offers it syncopation through predictable routines, rituals, patterns, schedules, habits and Fixed Rhythms.

So, folks who have BOTH the 15 and the 5 both lit up in their charts seem to show a little less Extremism because they have a little more natural rhythm.

Either way you slice it, we ALL have 15 right now. If you have the 5, you get access to this whole powerful Channel.

Use it wisely.

This post is already long enough, so here’s a snapshot of what the other planets are doing right now:

Mercury transits Gate 62, the Gate of Details/Organization

Now – June 24: Keep your ears open for others saying “I think…” and sharing messages that aim to get to the point. This energy keeps analyzing, sifting through all the details and uncovers the main idea. Gate 62 won’t stop until it figures out the bottom line. We’re being influenced to communicate the bottom line this week after drowning out the noise.

Venus transits Gate 2, the Gate of the Receptive

Now – June 24: Gate 2 wants to believe everything’s going to turn out fine. It knows it’s being supported by the Divine, and so it can, in the high vibe, let go of the need to determine the outcome. The Receptive IS the inner GPS system that says, I’m not in control! So don’t be surprised if you’re sitting there watching these daily horrors play out and feeling absolutely powerless. Venus transiting Gate 2 reminds us that we only have control over ourselves and our responses.

Mars transits Gate 59, the Gate of Sexuality

Now – June 27: Look for signs of aggression and/or passion when it comes to whether and with whom we establish partnerships. Mutually-beneficial unions could be established. Fruitful relationships could blossom. Likewise, partnerships could break up or break down. Obviously, war isn’t off the table. Mars rules war, and Gate 59 breaks down barriers, so…

Saturn transits Gate 25, the Gate of Innocence/Spirit of the Self

Now-September 2025: We’re being disciplined, kept in line and being forced to grow up during this transit through a barrage of shocking experiences that test our ability to maintain our sense of childlike wonder and love for all beings. Embrace Christ Consciousness! Practice lovingkindness!

Uranus transits Gate 8, the Gate of Contribution

Now – July 10, 2025: Our revolution succeeds when we’re willing to contribute what only we, uniquely, can give to the cause. We know when the tides have turned, when our people need to be carried forward, when the old way no longer works. Our greatest gift in this transformation is our uniqueness. A low-vibe Gate 8 has no idea WHAT it could possibly give that would be of value. So it shuts down its creativity and is afraid to show its true colors. Uranus in this position reminds us that we are absolutely 1000% here to step into our unique power. Doing so now is more critical than at any other time in our existence.

Neptune transits Gate 25, the Gate of Innocence/Spirit of the Self

Now – May 2026: The spirit world, our ancestors, our guides and our imagination want us to maintain our sense of awe and childlike wonder and our love for all beings despite the barrage of shocking experiences we’re undergoing. But watch out for illusions and distortions. Neptune’s fog makes it reallllly fucking hard to see the true power of the Innocent Spirit. Keep your eyes on the babies during this transit.

Pluto transits Gate 41, the Gate of Decrease/Contraction, in Retrograde

Now – August 20, 2025: We continue to dig deep into the underworld for all the little shiny gems and more proverbial termite infestations that have been buried deep in our soil. Who knows what details we’ll uncover — They just keep coming! While we’re down here, crouching, squatting, scratching around in the darkness, we’re actually readying ourselves for Pluto to station direct. By the time it does, our quads will be hella strong, we’ll have finally unearthed all the ugly truths (and maybe beautiful ones) that have been long buried, we’ll have shown them to the world, and we will be ready to take our next steps to resolve what needs to be fixed. Andplusalso, we’ll be poised to jump crazy high.
