What those shapes, numbers & symbols mean and how to apply them to your life
A lot of people get turned off by Human Design when they first come across it,
for no other reason than that they just don’t know what their chart means the first time they see it,
and because the vocabulary words that go along with the descriptions you get on your free download don’t necessarily land right away.

I get it. Human Design is a lot to take in.
It uses weird symbols and a whole new language to describe our personality traits, tendencies and natural impulses.
It’s no wonder people don’t warm to it right away.
I ignored my chart for two full years before coming back and sinking my teeth into it, deep.
But I don’t want you to drift away, too — not at a time like this,
not when we’re facing so much upheaval and uncertainty in the world.
The time is now for anyone who’s curious and courageous enough to get aligned with their Highest Self and start living the life they were meant to live.
We need to use every tool available for helping us get in touch with our innate gifts so we can successfully navigate these murky waters.
I’ve found Human Design to be the most powerful personal development tool in the box that does just that.
(And, trust me, I’ve tried ‘em all!)
So I’m giving you today, in this video, what I usually kick off all of my private readings with:
a tour of the bodygraph to help you familiarize yourself with the lay-of-the-land when it comes to the chart, so you know wtf you’re looking at when you see your own energy blueprint and can make sense of why it matters.
Here are a few tips to anchor this conversation:
Don’t try to wrap your brain around your chart in one sitting.
In fact, don’t try to wrap your brain around it at all.
Rather, let your body feel into it.
The real wisdom takes place from the neck down.
Additionally, keep in mind that Human Design is an experiment,
one we’re meant to play with and tinker with over the course of years.
Transforming to the highest-vibrational version of ourselves doesn’t happen overnight.
It takes time, self-reflection, a willingness to contemplate and make observations,
plus the courage go within to reveal what’s true for you,
and the ability to admit where you’ve been forcing yourself to live as though you’re someone you’re not for too long.
Human Design is a tool that helps you do all that, by reminding you of your true power at a deep, soul level.
Which is why I’m pulling back the curtain in this video, to help you understand the essential, foundational pieces of this complex, mechanical system,
so you can start to play and tinker with it right away.

Tip: Your bodygraph is a representation of the way your body is uniquely hardwired to receive, process, and give off energy.
When you align with it, and live your life according to the way you are naturally built to use energy, you feel good.
You feel natural and at ease in your own skin.
You feel confident, secure, and at peace with yourself —
not burned out.
Not sick all the time.
Not judgmental of others or critical of yourself.
Not stressed or running ragged.
Not angry and ready to blow your lid when someone cuts you off in traffic.
We’re done living that way.
We don’t have time for stress, criticism, self-judgment or misdirected aggression.
We don’t have time for pretending like we’re someone we’re not.
We’re preparing ourselves for the New Paradigm, which is already underway,
where alignment with our innate power is going to be the key to thriving and surviving.
