Meet Janeen Ellsworth: Author, Creator & Your Guide to Healing With Human Design

Hi there, and welcome! Thank you for being here on this journey to Healing with Human Design alongside me.

I’m Janeen Ellsworth, an Emotional Manifestor with a 1/3 Profile and the Right Angle Cross of Tension, which means I have big feelings, take leaps of faith when the stakes are high, and receive surges of inspiration to create with gusto!

So watch out if you see that hazy, crazy look in my eye. It means something’s brewing…

(A new video series, perhaps, a themed costume party, an e-book, a lavish meal, a road trip…)

It could be anything, and I’m often not even sure what I’m creating until after it’s built.

But rest assured, I will bonk out afterward and need to take a lot of naps.

If this sounds familiar, welcome to Manifestorhood! Unless it sounds completely unlike you, which means you’re another Human Design Type,  swirling and glimmering with a whole different array of magical, beautiful Gates, Channels, Lines and Centers activated in your bodies.

Eeek, I can’t wait to gaze at your chart!

Have I mentioned I love Human Design for this reason?

Because Human Design so clearly shows us why we’re unique and different from one another, yet how we’re so cosmically connected in this divine, infinite Universe.

How I’ve Line 3’d My Way Through Life

You probably want to know something about the lady behind the computer screen here before we start sharing auras with each other.

So here goes.

I’ve tried on a lot of hats. I’ve worked as a library clerk, a court stenographer, a romance author, a tech and finance writer, a professional branding strategist, and even a Pre-K teacher for a while.

Can you say Open G-Center? These shifting personas reflect my lifelong yearning to find my real identity but the ability to become who others need me to be; and it’s one of my superpowers, to morph into so many skins.

I’ve made a kajillion mistakes, but recovered and am (thankfully) leveled-up. I’ve earned myself a ton of merit badges in the perseverance department and gathered a ton of lessons from these experiences, which is why I’m sharing my story with you now: to show you there’s proof to getting better through deeper self-awareness; to help you heal the wounds life may have brought you; and to remind you of the magic you have always held, but maybe just forgot about or never learned to use.

If you like specifics, or need proof that you, too, can come back from the darkness, here goes: I’ve dated abusive alcoholics, been assaulted in the woods, moved myself across the country to chase a job that didn’t exist and a guy who didn’t want to be chased; buried my high school sweetheart, hiked solo among the grizzlies to “find myself,” walked off a few jobs, got laid off from others, received welfare, made out with a rock star, got shot at, developed a seizure disorder, written and performed sketch comedy out of nowhere that went viral, had a bout with cancer, started a podcast with zero resources or experience, been in a boat that capsized, swam with dolphins…

(No, I don’t jump out of airplanes. A girl’s gotta have her boundaries. Incidentally, if yours are fuzzy, let’s talk!)

Still, sometimes we toss ourselves into experiments and experiences just for the sake of finding out what might happen if…

Which, as it turns out, is what I do, so it came as no surprise when I learned what the 3 Line piece of my Human Design Profile means: Experimentation and Experience are necessary to understand what life is all about.

My experiments have taught me some incredibly valuable life lessons that, I know now, ought to be shared, and which are no longer mine to keep silent.

Which is why, today, I’m a Human Design Reader & Mentor, Unapologetic Storyteller, and Guide on Your Journey to Personal Healing.

I’m working with people like you, who’re also on a path to recovering from past wounds, who’re ready to face their shadows AND their strengths, who’re ready to step into their gifts and embody whatever way of living aligns with their Inner Truth.

After a life filled with experiments–some painful, some awe-inspiring, some traumatic–and all of these stories gathered, I’m Here To Serve, Here To Share, and Here For You.

For In Shadow Lies True Beauty

In addition to experimentation, I’ve “done the work,” as they say, to recover, and stared straight in the ugly face of my gnarly, greasy-haired shadow.

(She’s one ugly beast, lemme tell ya.)

Today, nothing can trigger me. Err–almost nothing.

It’s taken a little therapy, some tough conversations with important people in my life, a lot of meditation, prayer and journaling, somatic practices to reprogram and calm my nervous system, loads of reading personal development books, and several buckets of tears cried to get here.

Such is the process of deep shadow work.

But today I wholeheartedly accept and love who I am, unapologetically. I’m able to take that angry, frothing-at-the-mouth, greasy-haired, mascara-streaked shadow of mine right into The Real Me’s arms and hug her so tight she finally melts into a puddle of radiant love.

Because guess what? Deep inside that ugly shell is true, divine beauty, and I love all of her to pieces.

You can learn to love your shadow, too.

Personal development and spiritual healing is a lifelong journey; one that keeps showing you more layers to pull back, examine and bring into acceptance. And I’ll be continuing on this path for eons to come.

Which is why I believe Human Design is so powerful.

It shows us our uniqueness, illustrates our gifts, and suggests why we may be more susceptible to challenges in certain areas of life as opposed to others.

Once we’re tuned into that awareness (which, frankly, we really knew all along — HD just makes it plain for us), we can utilize the system as the brilliant framework it is for creating a customized healing program unique to us.

One which helps us to clearly see, love and accept the radiant beauty of our gnarly shadow.

I’m so excited to help you endeavor in this process, if you’re ready, just as I have so effectively done for myself.

The Basics

Now that you know all about my deepest thoughts and innermost ugliness, I’ll tell you the basics about who I am today.

I’m mother to two spectacular kids, a 9-y-o Splenic Projector and a 10-y-o Emotional Generator. I’ve been married to an amazing Emotional MG for 12 years now, and have the sweetest dog friend who’s ever trotted the earth.  I’m 46 years old and love nature, hiking, reading, and listening to podcasts.

For those who are ready to share a pocket of the atmosphere with me for a time, I’m ecstatic to offer you guidance and support on your healing journey as we hang out in each other’s auras.

If you’d like to check out my offerings or book a session to learn the elements of your unique Human Design, hop over here to my Readings & Products page(s).

You’ll learn that I’m nearly impossible to shock, am super empathic, I’m a tiny bit psychic, and I come with an innate capacity to hold compassionate space for anyone who’s enduring pain or hardship.

(Lord knows I’ve been there, too. So I feel you, sister.)

Which makes my union with Human Design so special for me. It took me a good solid year of hearing about it from various sources before it finally clicked for me in October of 2021. Before I finally heard the message.

Ever since, I’ve been studying it deeply and ‘living in the experiment,’ as they say in the field. I’ve got a long way to go before I master it, but I can’t tell you how much more ME I feel since learning the details of my chart, and then daring to step into the powers I’ve always known I’ve had but which I had locked away after years and years of shame, blame, guilt and conditioning.

I am eternally grateful for your companionship on this journey. Since you’re here and you’ve made it this far, I consider us cosmically connected.

If you’re ready to take our connection IRL, to step into your divine gifts, or if you want to fast-track your personal development healing process, I welcome your presence and invite you into my sphere.

A Practical Framework for Spiritual Healing

I believe that Human Design is a superb framework within which to build a daily practice for wholeheartedly accepting ourselves, affirming our strengths, facing our challenges, embracing our inner wisdom and aligning with our truth–whatever that may mean for your unique experience on this planet.

If you’re interested in learning how that could work for you, let’s talk! We’ll jump on a quick call and I’ll answer any questions you may have, and give you an overview of what a full session with me entails. I cannot wait to meet you and work together!

Practical, Actionable, Lifey Applications

Personal development may be my favorite way to harness the goodness of Human Design. But I also love it for guiding us on our journey through parenting and even making better-aligned career choices.

If you’re struggling to understand your kids, or you’re tired of plodding along through unfulfilling work, Human Design may be a great place to start. Learn more about using Human Design to raise wholehearted, conscientious citizens of the world, or to land a job that lights you up!

In service,

Janeen
